Enn Vei Blues Band: A Tribute to Howlin’ Wolf

The men, who had been playing together for years, began performing under the name Enn Vei Blues Band in 2015. The band has been playing in its current lineup since 2016. The band members are united by a passion for blues music from the 1950s and 1960s. Their repertoire consists mainly of music by old blues masters such as Jimmy Reed, Howlin’ Wolf, Muddy Waters, and Little Walter. The band also draws inspiration from later blues legends like the Red Devils, James Harman, and Kirk Fletcher. However, these blues classics serve merely as inspiration for the band. They perform well-known songs in their own style, with the band consisting of Andres Ants Mikk (drums), Priit Part (guitar), Sergei Gvozdkov (bass guitar), and Enn Vei (vocals and harmonica).
