The Porkuni Blues Band has grown out of a friendly project band that performed at Porkuni Blues. As the name suggests, Porkuni Blues is a blues festival that has been held in Porkuni, Lääne-Viru County, for 10 years now. The band has grown organically year after year, with well-known and talented musicians joining its ranks; today, the lineup consists of 12 permanent members and one substitute member.
The band performs both well-known and lesser-known blues songs and spices up its setlist with tracks from other genres as well.
